Hybrid – 3 days onsite in Cherry Hill, NJ. 1-year contract.
About the role
Support both Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing logistics, scheduling, communications, and multiple priorities while partnering with a variety of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support DEIB projects, programs, and department strategic priorities
- Coordinate with training, communications, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and leadership partners
- Create and maintain internal documentation and program materials
- Track participation, impact, and trends across DEIB programs and initiatives
- Monitor DEIB engagement across intranet and social media platforms
- Partner with ERG leads and the Head of DE&I to develop internal and external communications and monthly observance content
- Prepare monthly analytics, reports, and communications in partnership with the HR Project Manager
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including new hire communications, orientation schedules, and first-day logistics
- Post job openings to the company website
- Schedule interviews, communicate logistics, welcome candidates, and assist with travel and expense inquiries
- Respond to candidate inquiries through the general mailbox and provide timely, high-quality support
- Support Talent Acquisition initiatives, administrative tasks, and special projects
Requirements
- Experience coordinating logistics for programs, events, projects, or initiatives
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and execute projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience scheduling interviews and appointments, including Microsoft Teams meetings
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and competing expectations
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Pay
$35–$41/hour.
