Primary Responsibilities

  • Create streamlined documentation and quality control processes for all Adult Services programs.
  • Cook up quality assurance and compliance activities, including peer reviews, departmental goals, QA/QC reports, and internal audits.
  • Be responsible for student recruitment, application, coordination of activities to allow DPI to meet monthly census goals.
  • Develop and maintain a yearly transition event calendar with staff deadlines and student engagement goals.
  • Manage all grant reporting and compliance documentation.
  • Streamline processes for intake, placement, retention, and job coaching documentation.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in project management, communications, business or related fields preferred. One year of experience working with clients with visual impairments is preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to make frequent field visits and attend meetings, conferences, and other job-related events away from headquarters. If driving a personal vehicle, must be approved by our agency’s automobile insurance carrier.
