Program Coordinator, Adult Services

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create streamlined documentation and quality control processes for all Adult Services programs.
  • Cookordinate quality assurance and compliance activities, including peer reviews, departmental goals, QA/QC reports, and internal audits.
  • Be responsible for student recruitment, application, coordination of activities to allow DPI to meet monthly census goals.
  • Develop and maintain a yearly transition event calendar with staff deadlines and student engagement goals.
  • Manage all grant reporting and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in preparing, modifying, and filing reports and documentation as necessary, including daily summaries of activities, makes recommendations for future services, and assist with analysis of overall program effectiveness.
  • Cookordinate the monthly collection and preparation of billing information and documents required by the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) for Adult Services programs.
  • Maintain and audit client information in network files, physical files, and in Q90.
  • Maintain all DPI student files and make sure all files are up to date and current – Also in charge of Q90 Input.
  • Maintain all Situational Assessment student files and make sure all files are up to date and current – Also in charge of Q90 Input.
  • Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties in support of the OIB Program.
  • The OIB Intake Specialist, receives intakes, callbacks within 24 hours, and inputs into database system CIL Suite

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field, including education, social work, kinesiology, psychology, behavioral science, or healthcare, is required.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative support position is required.
  • Experience working with clients with visual impairments is preferred.
  • Valid CA Driver License with a minimum of three (3) years of good driving history and must be approved by the agency’s insurance carrier to drive agency vehicles.
