About the role
Responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to program operations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in program compliance.
- Develop and maintain documentation to support compliance efforts.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., public policy, law, business administration).
- At least 3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations applicable to program operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel or similar software.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and best practices.

Pay
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
