About the role

Responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to program operations.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in program compliance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support compliance efforts.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., public policy, law, business administration).
  • At least 3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations applicable to program operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel or similar software.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and best practices.

Skills
