About the role

The Program Compliance Officer I position is responsible for evaluating the operations of multifamily housing developments to determine compliance with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (federal and state), Federal Housing Administration (FHA)-insured and uninsured mortgage programs, taxable and tax-exempt financing, and other affordable housing programs and loan requirements. Provide compliance training to customers. Additionally, this person will perform other specialized duties and special projects assigned by the Manager of Multifamily Program Compliance.
