Program Compliance Specialist

About the role

Staff in this position will work with the Identification Services Team, assisting with fingerprinting and taking photographs for staff or inmate identification cards. They will audit records to ensure all ID cards and photographs are up-to-date. Staff will report to various prison facilities statewide and assist with responsibilities for staff and inmate credentials.

This is a correctional facility position. Daily duties require entering the secure perimeter of the institution, clearing a metal detector, and being subject to a light frisk search. If you have any metal devices that would prevent you from clearing, a medical note and waiver will be required. Access to cell phones or other electronic devices such as laptops or smartwatches is not permitted inside the secured perimeter. Outside food cannot be brought in; dining rooms are available for lunch breaks.

• Audit records to ensure ID cards and photographs are current
• Report to various prison facilities statewide to support staff and inmate credentialing

Requirements

• Ability to enter secure correctional facility perimeters daily, including clearing metal detectors and frisk searches
• No access to cell phones or electronic devices while inside the secured perimeter
• No outside food permitted; must use facility dining rooms for meals
• Medical note and waiver required for any metal devices that prevent clearing security

Qualifications

• Experience with fingerprinting, identification, and photograph credentials is preferred
