The role also supports procurement coordination, vendor processes and program service activities to ensure materials, services and operations align with program requirements. Position Overview This position performs a complex mix of duties in support of project or program development and delivery. Duties May Include Coordinate office operationsDocument and tracking program schedules and business cyclesPlan and coordinate program meetings and eventsSupport program planning and may assist with the development of operating budgets and/or funding proposalsResearch and compile information for communications such as talking points, speech scripts and responses to correspondence and presentationsCoordinate collection of data and materials for reports and other administrative documentsDevelop and maintain positive liaison relationships with various offices, customers and stakeholders including internal and advisory boardsMay assist with budget management and provide support for financial and/or personnel processesOther duties as assigned Required Experience Three years providing administrative, business operations and/or program supportComposing, proofing and editing a variety of documents, using proper grammar and punctuation as demonstrated in application materialsUsing computer software and applications for word processing, developing spreadsheets, email and internet research Required Education High School Diploma or equivalent Required Other None Additional Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degreeExperience working in a technical, regulated or compliance-focused environmentFamiliarity with quality assurance practices, document control or compliance-related processesExperience supporting audits, inspections or program reviewsFamiliarity with ISO/IEC 17025 or similar quality standardsExperience performing or supporting equipment calibration, verification or technical service activities following established proceduresExperience gathering and compiling data for reportsExperience with tracking systems, databases or information management systemsKnowledge of project or program coordination principles Physical Requirements & Working Conditions None Degree Requirement Listed degree qualification is required at time of application FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Employee Category: Classified Pay Range: $23.50 an hour or higher depending on experience Type of Appointment: Fiscal Year Fte 1 Full Time/Part Time: Full Time Funding: This position is contingent upon the continuation of work and/or funding.
