Program Assistant (Part-time) (Teaching and Learning, Academic Programs Division)

About the role

The Program Assistant will work with Teaching and Learning to provide implementation, record keeping, clerical, and administrative support for the programs. The work encompasses a range of office activities, including producing program materials, preparing and communicating program information, and working with other LCPS offices to coordinate program support.

Responsibilities

• Assists in supporting the admissions process for the Academies of Loudoun.
• Assists with program record keeping, including maintaining records in Phoenix SIS.
• Assists with data collection and reporting for program evaluation.
• Produces program documents using Google and Microsoft tools.
• Participates in event planning and competition coordination.

Requirements

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Oracle ERP.
• Experience with Google products and tools, and Microsoft Office products including Excel.
• Knowledge and proficiency in Phoenix SIS.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform the required work quickly and accurately and to work cooperatively with others.
• Bilingual Spanish, preferred.

Pay

$24.66/hour (Band 8 on the LCPS salary scale).
