Qualifications
- A High School Diploma/GED is required for this role.
- 0-3 years experience in program assistance, administrative assistance, or customer service.

- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate between multiple systems.
Responsibilities
- Generate and review Attendance Notification reports from Kinder System.
- Identify and analyze attendance issues by comparing data between KinderTrak and KinderConnect systems.
- Report discrepancies to appropriate department.
- Contact customers to verify whether children are actively attending.
- Report confirmed cases of non-attendance to the appropriate department in a timely manner.
- Track and monitor provider reporting in Smartsheet on a weekly basis.
- Provider technical support to customers requiring assistance with the Kinder Connect system, including navigating features and resolving usage issues.
- Cookordinate with Kinder System helpdesk to troubleshoot issues.
- Track and manage processes using IssueTrak system.
- Assist other departments as needed.
