Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma/GED is required for this role.
  • 0-3 years experience in program assistance, administrative assistance, or customer service.

  • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate between multiple systems.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and review Attendance Notification reports from Kinder System.
  • Identify and analyze attendance issues by comparing data between KinderTrak and KinderConnect systems.
  • Report discrepancies to appropriate department.
  • Contact customers to verify whether children are actively attending.
  • Report confirmed cases of non-attendance to the appropriate department in a timely manner.
  • Track and monitor provider reporting in Smartsheet on a weekly basis.
  • Coordinate with Kinder System helpdesk to troubleshoot issues.
  • Track and manage processes using IssueTrak system.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
