Program Assistant
Responsibilities
- Facilitate group rentals of the gym and other designated spaces, primarily on Saturdays.
- Ensure proper use of facilities and readiness of the building for Sunday programming.
- Maintain cleanliness of the building during and after rental groups.
- Provide necessary supplies to rental groups.
- Support successful group rentals and facility readiness as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or custodial work preferred.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Effective communication skills with group leaders and facility users.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Physical Requirements
- Sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or occasional basis.
- Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Think logically and critically.
- Solve problems and make appropriate judgments and decisions.
