Program Assistant

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group rentals of the gym and other designated spaces, primarily on Saturdays.
• Ensure proper use of facilities and readiness of the building for Sunday programming.
• Maintain cleanliness of the building during and after rental groups.
• Provide necessary supplies to rental groups.
• Support successful group rentals and facility readiness as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or custodial work preferred.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Effective communication skills with group leaders and facility users.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or occasional basis.
• Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Think logically and critically.
• Solve problems and make appropriate judgments and decisions.
