Program Assistant
Job Summary
The Program Assistant will support the Heart & Vascular department, supporting Cardiology & Cardiovascular Surgery programs. The clinic name is Ernst Cardiovascular Center.
Essential Functions
- Data entry, clerical and computer tasks
- Maintains the database
- Files and copies paperwork/charts
- Completes reports
- Answers phones
- Completes chart audits
- Actively participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures where appropriate and completes all position and unit safety related competencies and requirements on a timely basis.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Required: High school diploma
- PREFERRED: Experience with Microsoft Outlook
