Full-time, tenure-track professional faculty position focused on teaching and lab coordination in the Department of Cell Biology and Physiology.

About the role

Primary responsibilities include undergraduate instruction in physiology, anatomy, and cell biology courses, as well as coordination of physiology teaching labs. The successful candidate will mentor undergraduate students and participate in departmental citizenship and administrative duties. Traditional research scholarship is not required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate courses in physiology, anatomy, and cell biology
  • Coordinate physiology teaching laboratories

  • Participate in departmental citizenship and administrative duties

Requirements

  • PhD in cell biology, physiology, or a related field
  • Record of excellent teaching in lecture and lab courses
  • One-page mission alignment statement (see job requisition for details)
