The Department of Cell and Biological Systems invites applications from outstanding Ph.D. and/or M.D. scientists. The department is within the thriving research environment of the College of Medicine and the renowned Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The search welcomes applicants with strong records of research accomplishment in any areas of biomedical research that may complement and/or expand the department's research interests.
The Department has broad strengths in cellular and molecular approaches toward basic and translational research, including:

Requirements
- Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree
- Strong record of research accomplishment in biomedical research
Background checks
This position requires the following clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. Successful completion of a credit history check will also be required due to the financial and fiduciary responsibilities of this position.
