About the role

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is seeking a performer to join our team in Clarkston, Michigan. The ideal candidate should be passionate about ballroom dance and eager to share this passion with others.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver dance performances and lessons across the country.
• Teach beginner ballroom dance classes.
• Conduct private and group dance classes.
• Help students achieve their dance goals through various methods.
• Attend events hosted by the studio.

Requirements

• No previous ballroom experience required, but dance experience is helpful.
• A charismatic and outgoing personality.
• Willingness to learn and grow as a dance instructor.

Qualifications

• Passion for ballroom dance.
• Ability to connect with and inspire students.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work with diverse groups of people.
