About the Role
Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, performing quality work in a fast-moving and consistent manner. FLSA Status: Non-exempt.
Responsibilities
- Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
- Keeps area neat and clean.
- Read and use a tape measure.
- Read blueprints and orders.
- Communicate well with coworkers.
- Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.

Requirements
- Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
