Production Worker - General Construction/Manufactured Homes

About the role

Responsible for assembling and installing manufactured homes. Duties include site preparation, structural assembly, and final inspection.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install manufactured homes according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Perform site preparation tasks such as grading and excavation.
• Inspect completed installations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in construction or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power equipment.
