Production Worker - Skilled Labor - Manufactured Homes
About the Role
Join our team at Champion Silvercrest, located at 299 N. Smith Avenue, Corona, CA, to perform quality work on the production line building manufactured housing. We have immediate openings in the following departments:
- Roofing
- Plumbers
- Welders
- Drywall Tape and Texture

A Day in the Life
As a Silvercrest Team Member, you will contribute to building beautiful manufactured homes by focusing on quality, safety, and teamwork. Your day involves:
- Reading tape measures, blueprints, and orders
- Using hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools safely and expertly
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized work area
- Communicating clearly with your team to achieve group goals
- Reporting equipment faults to maintenance staff
You’ll perform a variety of duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, always keeping quality and safety top of mind.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in your assigned area
- Maintain a neat and clean workspace
- Read and use a tape measure, blueprints, and orders
- Communicate effectively with coworkers
- Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
- Adhere to safety procedures and champion operating principles
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2 years of verifiable experience in your trade (preferred)
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Previous experience in manufacturing or modular housing (desired but not required)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work quickly and methodically
- Good teamwork skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear
- Frequently required to walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Schedule
The typical schedule is 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime and Saturday work may be required based on production needs.
