Responsibilities
- Assemble Electronic Components
- Review Product Blueprints and Specification Sheets
- Inspect Components During Assembly Process
- Perform Quality Assurance Tests Throughout Assembly Process
- Prepare QA Reports After Each Production Run
- Equipment Kitting
- Packaging and Shipping Final Goods
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- +5 years of professional experience in electronics manufacturing
- Extremely detail-oriented and trustworthy
- Highly self-motivated team player
- Strong understanding of electronic specifications and blueprints
- Experience operating a soldering iron
- Familiarity with testing and quality assurance procedures
- Experience using software tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience conducting material and equipment inventory
- Excellent organization, time management, and planning skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Great attention to detail
