Production Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Reads and understands the daily production plan.
• Tracks production on communication board.
• Operates various machinery such as mills, extruders, ovens, etc. safely.
• Packs finished goods into appropriate packaging/boxes and places correct labels on packaging.
• Places finished goods on pallets.
• Troubleshoots simple issues in the workflow and corrects them.
• Ensures accuracy of formulations and weighings.
• Ensures internal and external specifications are met.
• Performs frequent quality checks of material (visual checks, AIMS, QMS, etc).
• Uses various measuring equipment.
• Reports any issues or concerns to management.
• Maintains clean and orderly work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications And Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Possesses normal written and verbal communication skills.
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Can work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
