Responsibilities

• Lead a team assembling commercial chillers, coaching and developing team members while working hands‑on at any station on the line.
• Champion safety, take pride in quality, keep production running smoothly.
• Serve as the go‑to partner connecting the team with engineering, quality, and maintenance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience
• 1+ years of demonstrated experience leading a team successfully achieving goals
• Passion for safety, quality, and helping others grow
• Strong communication skills and a team‑first mindset
• Comfort with hands‑on equipment setup and troubleshooting
• Experience with lean tools (5S, kaizen, standard work) is a plus
