Manufacturing Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily operations, training, and safety in a precision gear manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate staff activities

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED, preferably with an associate degree in mechanical/industrial technology
  • Minimum of three years supervising in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of machinery, blueprints, quality control standards, and safety regulations
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and human relation skills
  • Ability to interpret technical materials and perform basic math

Physical & Work Environment

  • Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and manual handling
  • Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds
  • Exposure to humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, vibration, fumes, and noise
