Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities
- Motivate the workforce to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely
- Meet scheduling requirements

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, preferably with an associate degree in mechanical/industrial technology
- Minimum of three years supervising in manufacturing
- Knowledge of machinery, blueprints, quality control standards, and safety regulations
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and human relation skills
- Ability to interpret technical materials and perform basic math
Physical & Work Environment
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and manual handling
- Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds
- Exposure to humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, vibration, fumes, and noise
