Production Supervisor - Nights

Requirements
We are looking for leaders with at least 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is a plus.
Qualifications
- Experience forming routines that provide regular feedback to the team based on goals
- Experience adjusting daily production strategy based on budgetary requirements
- Experience developing high-functioning teams
- Prioritize employee engagement by building meaningful relationships
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Span of control responsible for leading 1-3 floor-level, hourly leaders
- Supervisory responsibility of 10-15 hourly employees
Skills
- Proven leader who remains positive and approachable during high-stress situations
- Ability to recognize and immediately correct unsafe conditions and behaviors
- Experience conducting Root Cause and Counter Measure investigations

Pay
Base Salary Range: $82,000 - $95,000 annually. The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual bonus, in addition to the base salary. At Trex, individual base salaries are determined based on various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
