Production Supervisor - NIGHTS

Overview

Valgroup USA in Findlay, Ohio is hiring a Production Supervisor for Night shift. This position works Monday to Friday (Nights) with support to weekends.

About the Role

This position supervises production teams to meet operational goals, oversees and assigns daily work, learns technical operations of machines and troubleshooting, collaborates with scheduling, maintenance, and inventory staff, leads safety and quality initiatives, and trains and develops staff.

Requirements

• 2 years' experience leading within a manufacturing environment
• Mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Applications - knowledge of SAP a plus
• Self-leadership and time management
• 2-year college degree preferred
