Production Supervisor - Nights

Job Summary

The Production Supervisor assists the Production Manager in meeting the set goals of the President/CEO in manufacturing quality PVC pipe at the lowest costs along with overseeing and developing staff performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and train staff in the manufacture of PVC pipe to include line startup and operations, changeovers, and ensuring a quality product.
• Comply and ensure all personnel follow safety and company policies and procedures in all areas of the facility.
• Troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimum product quality and efficiency.
• Train, oversee, and continue development of staff and overall production performance.
• Monitor production activities in the absence of the Production Manager.
• Conduct daily walk-thru to evaluate pipe quality, extruder conditions, and cleanup.
• Achieve monthly production goal set by President/CEO.
