Position Summary
Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, managing daily production operations, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Promotes a safe work environment by ensuring associates use proper safety equipment.
- Maintains work areas by keeping floors free of debris, ensuring equipment is operational and clean, and removing hazards.
- Requests materials, supplies, parts, and repair services as needed.
- Manages daily production operations by planning and establishing work schedules and assignments.
- Makes data-driven decisions, monitors and evaluates operations, programs, processes, and practices for quality and effectiveness, inspects materials, products, and equipment for defects or malfunctions, assists with production sequence planning, ensures timely resolution of associate performance concerns, completes and analyzes departmental reports, and leads continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provides process improvement guidance related to waste control, quality management, and process effectiveness.
- Captures and implements improved processes, coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities, develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, communicates goals and objectives, builds accountability and measures progress toward results, identifies and addresses improvement opportunities, demonstrates adaptability and promotes continuous learning, provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, hires and trains, mentors and assigns duties, provides recognition, promotes a sense of belonging in the workplace, ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, and supports the company’s mission, values, and ethical standards.

- The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ supervisory experience in a related environment (for example, logistics / supply chain, dairy plant, food processing, manufacturing).
- 2 years’ experience in clerical-related responsibilities (for example, filing, data entry) and computer applications (for example, email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, food science or related area.
- Supervisory experience in a dairy plant, food processing or manufacturing environment.
- Package experience within a related environment (for example, dairy production, food processing).
