Production Supervisor Corrugator (3rd Shift)

Georgia-Pacific's Cleveland, TN Corrugated facility is hiring a 3rd shift Corrugator Supervisor. This role is more than supervision—it’s a change leadership opportunity in a facility poised for continued investment and transformation. The position operates on a Monday-Friday schedule from 11pm to 7am.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety excellence by promoting employee involvement, ownership, and accountability to identify hazards and implement mitigating strategies.
• Investigate incidents and participate in resolving root causes.
• Provide leadership on the operating floor, ensuring compliance in safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
• Coach, train, and develop operations personnel in safety, quality, production, technical skills, and interpersonal communication.
• Ensure best practices are followed to minimize waste at machine centers.
• Address key issues and collaborate with other departments to ensure quality and on-time production.
• Identify needed repairs at machine centers and create work requests.
• Track continuous improvement opportunities and provide leadership/action plans for gap closure.
• Plan, assign, and direct work for hourly production employees; appraise performance and provide feedback.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Corrugated industry experience.
• Experience working in a unionized environment.
• Experience with KIWI application.
• Familiarity with food grade (BRC) standards and compliance.
