Corrugator Supervisor - 3rd shift

Principle Accountabilities

• Cook up shift schedules to hit production goals.
• Prioritize work orders and maintain quality requirements.
• Avoid unscheduled downtime by assuring an even flow of work.
• Engage in employee development, from hiring to firing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, injury-free work environment.
• Train employees on all equipment, protocols, and safety.
• Perform quality control tests and investigate customer complaints.
• Supervise equipment operation and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze corrugator performance and suggest improvements.
• Communicate with scheduling and update production meetings.
• Keep accurate records of activity and downtime.

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of corrugator experience.
• Knowledge of machinery, methods, and procedures.
• Experience with continual improvement processes and safety.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Some college or manufacturing training.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Understanding of team dynamics and communication.

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting salary range: $90,000 - $100,000.
• Annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
