Responsibilities

• Maintaining staff and training of employees on shift
• Managing processes, making process improvements, and production planning
• Maintaining and contributing to quality products and customer service
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Creating and revising systems and procedures
• Communicating maintenance issues and work orders

Skills and Abilities

• Operator and maintenance of all equipment on the corrugator
• Troubleshooting issues on machine
• Reading, analyzing, and understanding job specifications, work instructions, and policies & procedures
• Applying concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
