Production, Supervisor
About the role
AESC is looking to add a Production Supervisor to our team in Murfreesboro, TN. This role is part of AESC US LLC, a newly created global organization committed to solving the challenges of a sustainable future and becoming the leading supplier of full-value-chain battery solutions.
Responsibilities
- Plans and executes the daily activities required to achieve production requirements/schedule.
- Anticipates problems and delays for production schedules and corrects through problem solving and trouble shooting.
- Controls labor and materials usage to meet or improve standard costs.
- Temporary movement of personnel to meet production requirements.
- Achieve Safety, Quality, Cost and Time (SQCT) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Career Growth Opportunities
- Coordinate and communicate with managers and peers on other shifts, to ensure standardization of manufacturing operations.
- Interact and coordinate with maintenance and engineering to identify countermeasure issues with equipment, processes, or materials.
- Generate weekly KPI report as needed.
Qualifications
- Related experience at the professional level.
- Background in supporting a highly technical manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools.
- Meet all ethical and regulatory standards.
Nice to Have
- Previous supervisor experience
- 2-5 years in a work leader role fostering other employees
- College education
