Production Supervisor (3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM)

The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leading teams, optimizing processes, and delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily production operations while leading and developing a high-performing team
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet and exceed production targets
• Develop and execute production schedules to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and support product changes or launches
• Ensure all products meet established quality standards through audits and inspections
• Troubleshoot production challenges and implement effective solutions
• Manage production documentation and reporting for leadership visibility
• Drive cost efficiency by identifying savings opportunities and optimizing resources
• Support team development through training, feedback, and performance management

Requirements

• You’re a proactive leader who can balance operational priorities with team engagement
• You’re comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and adapting to changing demands
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• At least 1 year of people management or team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and systems
• Proven ability to analyze data and drive process improvements
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
