ManagementFull-time
We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a sign-on bonus, company description, position summary, responsibilities, supervisory responsibilities, education and experience, physical requirements, etc. We must use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Only include sections when there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include sign-on bonus maybe under Benefits? Or maybe a separate section? The rules: Use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can also create other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies those are examples; we could use other headings if needed? Probably we should stick to those. But we need to capture company description, position summary, etc. Could be under "About the role". Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements/Qualifications: education and experience, preferred qualifications. Skills: maybe list of skills. Benefits: sign-on bonus, benefits program. Pay: not mentioned, so omit. Schedule: shift mentioned (10pm-6:30am) so we can include Schedule section. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". So only include if actual content. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content: Sign-on bonus: $2,500 sign-on bonus. HEARING: Ability to hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Exposure to noise levels from pumps, machinery, forklift traffic, bottle lines and exhaust fans. We need to decide sections: - About the role: could include company description, position summary, location, shift? But shift maybe schedule. - Responsibilities: list of duties (primary responsibilities and supervisory responsibilities). Could combine. - Requirements: Minimum Required Qualifications. - Qualifications: Additional Preferred Qualifications. - Skills: maybe combine with qualifications? Could list skills like communication, multitasking, etc. - Benefits: sign-on bonus, benefits program (medical, dental, vision, 401-K, Life & Disability Insurance, PTO, Tuition Reimbursement, Health Fairs, Gym Membership Discounts, etc.) - Schedule: Shift: 10pm-6:30am. We must not create Pay section because not mentioned. We must avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we don't repeat content unnecessarily but preserve all substantive info. Some info appears in multiple places (e.g., supervisory responsibilities appears both under responsibilities and under supervisory responsibilities). We should keep it but maybe combine to avoid duplication? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep all details, but we can combine similar points if they are same? Might be okay to combine but must not lose any detail. If we combine, we need to ensure we still include all points. Could merge responsibilities and supervisory responsibilities into one list under Responsibilities, but we need to ensure we don't lose any nuance. Probably safe to keep separate subsections? But we only allowed headings from list; we could have subheadings? Not specified. Better to have one Responsibilities section with all duties (including supervisory). We'll just combine. Similarly, Education And Experience and Additional Preferred Qualifications could be under Requirements and Qualifications sections. Skills: we could list skills like communication, multitasking, time management, directing/coaching/training, strategic thinking, problem-solving, etc. Those are in Additional Preferred Qualifications. Could move them to Skills. Physical Requirements: maybe under Requirements? But there is no specific heading for physical requirements; we could include under Requirements or maybe under a separate section not in list? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "use

for section headings (e.g. ...)" implying those are examples; we could still use other headings if needed. However, to be safe, we could incorporate physical requirements into Requirements or Qualifications? Might be better to have a separate section "Physical Requirements" but not in list; risk of deviating. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests those are typical headings; we could still use others but maybe they expect only those. Safer to stick to those headings. So we need to fit physical requirements into one of those. Could go under Requirements (as part of job requirements). Or under Qualifications. I'd put under Requirements. Thus sections: - About the role: company description + position summary + location (Hendersonville, NC) maybe. - Responsibilities: list of duties (primary responsibilities + supervisory responsibilities). - Requirements: Minimum Required Qualifications + Physical Requirements. - Qualifications: Additional Preferred Qualifications (maybe split into Skills and Qualifications? but we have both headings). We could put experience/industry etc under Qualifications, and skills under Skills. - Skills: communication, multitasking, time management, directing/coaching/training, strategic thinking, problem-solving, etc. - Benefits: sign-on bonus + benefits program. - Schedule: shift. We must not repeat job title as heading. Now craft HTML. We'll need

About the role

then

with company description and position summary. We need to preserve all details; we can split into multiple

paragraphs. Let's write. About the role: Paragraph: Lassonde Pappas & Co. is a US Leader in beverage manufacturing dedicated to our team members, customers and consumers satisfaction. We remain committed to our small-town roots and rural values. Hardworking and caring are qualities that make our teams special. This role reports to the Production Manager and is based out of our Hendersonville, North Carolina location. We could also mention shift? But shift goes to Schedule. Now Responsibilities: need to list all duties from the long list. We'll create

  • items. We need to capture all bullet points from "Responsibilities Include" and the supervisory responsibilities list. Let's extract them: From Responsibilities Include: - Troubleshoot equipment individually and through coaching of the operators when there is downtime. - Assist operators in resolving mechanical and operational issues related to equipment stops and breakdowns. - Work with the operations department to facilitate a teamwork approach, combining the expertise and manpower of both production and maintenance departments for the good of the company - Manage work area to maintain food safety and quality along with audit compliance and reporting - Define project priorities and provide direction to production staff. - Monitor team performance and audit activities to ensure personnel are performing quality work, supporting a quality product, and managing equipment to meet goals. - Provide leadership to the team which includes following the Performance Management System, setting expectations that align with the area’s business objectives, and providing routine feedback on performance. - Manage the PDCA process from cradle to grave to include a problem statement, root cause analysis, and countermeasure implementation. - Work with improvement teams to identify, evaluate, and implement reliability
