Production Supervisor (3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM)

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily production operations while leading and developing a high-performing team.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet and exceed production targets.
• Develop and execute production schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and support product changes or launches.
• Ensure all products meet established quality standards through audits and inspections.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Manage production documentation and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Drive cost efficiency by identifying savings opportunities and optimizing resources.
• Support team development through training, feedback, and performance management.

Requirements

• You’re a proactive leader who can balance operational priorities with team engagement.
• You’re comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and adapting to changing demands.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of people management or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and systems.
• Proven ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay

The estimated salary range for this position is $80K to $90k. plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.

This role will work 3rd shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
