Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Position Summary

We are seeking a Production Supervisor (Off Shift) to lead a team of associates to drive operational efficiency, product quality, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

About the Role

Location: Bethlehem, PA
Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, five days per week, supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

Qualifications That Will Ensure Success

• Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree required. Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management focus preferred. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated abilities may be substituted.
• Experience, Skills, & Knowledge: 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience required. Experience leading within a unionized environment is highly preferred. Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with proven abilities to carry out a root cause analysis. Experience with an IWS (Integrated Work System), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Six Sigma Lean system, or other. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration. Excellent time management to meet production deadlines and ensure workflow efficiency. Skilled in conflict resolution and fostering a positive, harmonious work environment. Active listener, valuing team input and feedback. Adaptable to changing conditions, making quick decisions and capable of adjusting strategies as needed. Confident leader, providing clear direction and motivating teams to perform at their best. Critical thinker with strong reasoning skills for evaluating solutions and taking action.
