Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support production team members to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and attendance goals.
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure schedules are met efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
- Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor production performance, identify operational challenges, and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous workflow.
- Drive employee development and continuous improvement initiatives through training, performance feedback, and process optimization efforts.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
- A minimum of 4 years of manufacturing or production experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced operation.
- Experience with production management systems, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred.
