What You’ll Do

  • Lead Manufacturing Operations - Supervise daily shop floor operations across Regrind, Mixing, Pressing, 2nd Ops, Welding, Skiving, and Shipping
  • Execute production schedules to meet customer demand and shipment deadlines
  • Maintain high standards for quality, efficiency, and operational performance
  • Cookstaff and production capacity to support business needs

Drive Safety & Operational Excellence

  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture through hazard identification and corrective actions
  • Partner with EHS to support safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Monitor manufacturing performance metrics including scrap, yield, productivity, and quality
  • Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

Lead & Develop Teams

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to manufacturing employees
  • Cookstaff and development, and cross-training initiatives
  • Partner with HR on performance management, staffing, and employee relations
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on accountability and communication

Support Business Performance

  • Assist in achieving operational and financial targets
  • Support reporting and analysis of manufacturing metrics
  • Help identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Ensure compliance with quality systems and manufacturing procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years of manufacturing process experience
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of fabrication, machining, compression molding, or plastics manufacturing processes preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
  • Mechanical aptitude with blueprint reading experience and understanding of industrial equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $75,600-$94,500. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
