Production Performance Analyst
About the Role
We are seeking a Production Performance Analyst to provide the UGP Manager with data and information essential for managing the product business unit. This role involves performance monitoring and analysis (lines, materials, efficiencies, quality, labor, etc.) and preparing directional reporting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the UGP Manager and Controlling Unit in production headcount budget planning.
- Support the UGP and Maintenance Manager in preparing and supplying information for the investment budget.
- Create the general expenditure budget (consumables, training, etc.) with the UGP Manager.
- Establish performance objectives for production lines and monitor production factors.
- Manage and monitor all activities in the SAP PP-PI module (materials, hour confirmations, Process Orders).
- Complete all activities for monthly closure from the Production side (POs costs) to meet Controlling deadlines.
- Collaborate with supervisors and the UGP Manager to optimize production output and performance (materials, labor, machines, methods, scheduling) through data analysis.
- Conduct line performance analysis and share insights during production meetings.
- Collaborate with the UGP Manager on Stock Management and manage monthly inventory system adjustments (packaging, raw materials) with supervisors, Team Leaders, and warehouse, supporting physical counts.
- Reconcile SAP and payroll hours (Ultimate) weekly.
- Perform Production Performance Gap Analysis with the UGP Manager and participate in improving identified areas.
- Collaborate with the Planning department on Daily Production Scheduling (for the following week) and verify feasibility/convenience of schedule modifications within the week.
- Support supervisors in identifying improvement initiatives and all players in the continuous improvement process.
- Certify results of continuous improvement actions.
- Participate in planning scheduled maintenance activities to define intervention timing.
- Ensure all program requirements/standards regarding quality and food safety are implemented, practiced, and maintained.
Requirements
- Knowledge of production processes, methods, and the Company’s information systems related to production.
- Familiarity with production cycles, models, efficiencies, and stock management.
- Knowledge of inventory processes.
- Understanding and application of production KPIs.
- Knowledge of planning techniques.
- Knowledge and application of production performance analysis methods.
- Excellent (intermediate level) knowledge and demonstrated practical use of Excel.
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint software.
- Strong knowledge of SAP.

Pay
The base compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
