Production Operator / Machine Operator

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to operating saws, benders, and other production equipment to meet customer requirements as specified by work order, blueprints and diagrams of the part.
- May set up tools, dies and equipment, and make adjustments in dies and equipment used in producing product.
- Use computer software to produce tickets and labels.
- Operate equipment using efficient procedures to ensure meeting production standards and uses the necessary measuring tools to ensure required quality standards are met.
- Keep all required records and maintain a clean work area.
- Follow all verbal and written instructions pertaining to the operation of dies and equipment as well as any other jobs to which he/she may be assigned.
- May require assistance of a lead person to make necessary adjustments to dies, machinery and equipment.
- Perform the following processes: press set-ups and operation, buffing, packing, bending, deburring, sawing, sorting, reworking, helping other operators, operating of fork lift and/or cranes, loading and unloading parts from lines or machines.
Qualifications
- One-to-three months related experience, including: manufacturing or similar environment as parts loader/unloader, machine operator and/or part inspector.
- Computer Skills are required - to perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Manufacturing software and ability to learn how to new programs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 regularly and 75 lbs. as needed.
- Ability to work shift assigned and overtime as needed.
- Preferred experience also includes consistent experience in manufacturing performing machine set-up, part inspections and blueprint reading.

Pay
Earning potential: Starting at $20.50/hr. and goes up to $23.25/hr. (3 yr rate) plus shift premium when applicable. Secondary II starts at $21.50/hr. and goes up to $24.25/hr. (3 yr rate)
Schedule
Open Shifts: We seek candidates for 1st shifts 1st shift: 6:00AM – 4:30PM Monday – Thursday
