Production Operator - 1st Shift

About the role

Production Operator at our Souderton, PA location, performing functions within Refrigerated (2-8°C) and Frozen (-20°C) conditions, as well as ambient conditioned areas supporting cold chain material. Responsibilities include packaging, labeling, and assembly while maintaining quality and patient safety. Employees may work in Primary Packaging Rooms (exposed product) and Secondary Packaging Rooms (no exposed product) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and assemble materials in refrigerated (2-8°C), frozen (-20°C), and ambient conditions per batch documents, SOPs, and cGMPs.
• Perform routine cleaning of equipment and packaging rooms according to SOPs and cGMPs.
• Complete all appropriate log books and cleaning system forms per SOPs.
• Count and record materials required for packaging operations.
• Inspect and monitor the quality of processed and assembled materials.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Minimum one year of work experience (required).
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or similar GMP environment (preferred).
