About the role
We are looking for Production Operators to join our 1st Shift team in Buffalo Grove, IL.
Pay
Hourly Rate: $18.38
Schedule
Shift Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, which may include sitting, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and other movements as required throughout the workday
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English, including assembly, testing, safety, and equipment documentation
- Ability to assemble and adjust products in accordance with established work instructions, specifications, and quality standards
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Manufacture products by following visual aids, written work instructions, established procedures, and verbal directions
- Operate hand, pneumatic, and power tools, as well as small and large production equipment, material handling devices, and computer-controlled machinery
- Move materials and components as needed to support production requirements and maintain efficient material flow
- Rotate between workstations, work cells, and departments to support operational needs and production schedules
- Complete and maintain required production, quality, and departmental records
- Identify and report process, equipment, or quality issues to appropriate personnel
- Perform product, equipment, and process setups, adjustments, and changeovers in accordance with established procedures
- Support a safe, organized, and team-oriented work environment while meeting quality and productivity expectations
