Responsibilities
- Oversee daily plant operations and ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations
- Lead manufacturing teams and coordinate production activities
- Work closely with plant leadership and cross-functional partners
- Combine people leadership, operational oversight, and continuous improvement
- Maintain quality standards and support process improvements
- Ensure the plant operates at a high level day in and day out
Pay
$80,000 - $110,000 per year
