Production Manager- EREV (BSA1-Montgomery, AL)

About the role

Responsible for overseeing all production activities within the BSA1-Montgomery, AL facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Manage production schedules and coordinate with other departments to meet production targets.
• Ensure quality control measures are implemented and maintained.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to support production needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production management or manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
