About the role

A growing food company located near Alamosa, CO is currently searching for a Production Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage production operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Develop and implement production schedules and procedures
• Mentor and lead team members to achieve production goals
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
• Work flexible shifts as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Food manufacturing
• 2+ years experience as a Production Manager, Production Superintendent in a food production plant
• Experience in food dehydration preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• Experience: 5+ years’ experience in Food manufacturing
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor others
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
