About the role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. This position is responsible for performing a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the loading or unloading of trucks
  • Prepare or stage material and garments for loading
  • Perform other production jobs classified at a level four or below as needed to support the business

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must adhere to attendance policy
  • Willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly
  • Willing to potentially handle materials that are soiled and have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment

Physical Qualifications

  • Requires standing for most of a shift
  • Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities
  • Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift

Compensation

  • A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $17.50 - $21.88/Hour
  • The range takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience, and training, and other business and organization needs.
