Cintas is seeking a Utility Production Associate to support the Rental Division. This role performs a variety of production tasks as directed by the shift supervisor, including loading/unloading trucks, preparing or staging materials and garments, and filling in for other employee vacancies or absences. Work areas and responsibilities may change daily.
Responsibilities
- Perform production tasks classified at level four or below to support business operations
- Load or unload trucks as needed
- Prepare and stage materials and garments for loading
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work
- Adapt to changing work areas and responsibilities due to employee vacations or absences
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must adhere to attendance policy
- Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures
- Must be willing to handle soiled materials with pungent odors using appropriate protective equipment

Pay
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $17.50 - $21.88 per hour. Compensation decisions depend on skill sets, experience, training, and business needs.
