Production Associate - Move to Grafton, ND

As a Production Associate at Marvin, you’ll help craft products that make homes better, all while working in a clean, bright, temperature-controlled facility. About the role

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and increasing your earning potential.

Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Pay

• Monday – Thursday Days: $18.50 per hour (5:00 am – 3:30 pm).
• Monday – Thursday Evening: $21.50 per hour (3:30 pm - 2:00 am).
• Friday – Sunday Weekend: $22.50 per hour (5:30 am - 6:00 pm).

Schedule

All shifts require mandatory overtime.

• Monday – Thursday Days: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm.
• Monday – Thursday Evening: 3:30 pm - 2:00 am.
• Friday – Sunday Weekend: 5:30 am - 6:00 pm.
