Production Associate Job

About the role

This position involves operating and maintaining highly automated manufacturing equipment, ensuring safe and efficient production lines. The role requires a high level of responsibility and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Safely start up, operate, and shut down production equipment
• Perform basic operator maintenance checks to ensure quality production
• Conduct quality inspections to meet standards and minimize rework
• Read and adhere to daily production schedules
• Enter production entries into computer systems
• Maintain good housekeeping standards
• Handle materials safely and efficiently
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of prior industrial or warehouse experience
• Prior experience with lean/process improvement
• Proficiency in core production roles within 30 days of hire
• Able to earn forklift license and maintain competency
• Able to work overtime as needed
• Able to work without direct supervision and maintain a balanced team environment

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 5am-1pm; Overtime 5am-3pm
• 3rd Shift: Monday night 9pm-7am Friday (4,10's); Overtime Sunday night start $23.69 an hour for 1st Shift! $24.69 an hour for 3rd Shift!
