Production Associate | Hiring Event

About the Opportunity

We're looking for dependable, motivated people who want to build a long‑term career in manufacturing. No manufacturing experience is required; if you have a strong work ethic, a commitment to showing up every day, and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Operate steel processing equipment.
• Load, unload, and move steel materials.
• Package and inspect finished products.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

• Ability to work 2nd and/or 3rd shift after the training period.
• Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive work and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math skills.
• Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or mechanical settings.
• Preferred: Experience operating industrial equipment or machinery.

Schedule

Training begins on 1st shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) for approximately 2–6 weeks. After training, you will transition to one of the permanent shifts:

• 2nd Shift – 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (additional $2.00/hour premium).
• 3rd Shift – 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (additional $2.00/hour premium).

Pay

• Starting pay: $20.00 per hour.
• 2nd‑shift premium: $1.50 per hour.
• 3rd‑shift premium: $0.75 per hour.
• Overtime: 1.5 × regular rate after 40 hours, 2 × after 48 hours per week.
• Paid lunch breaks.
