*Hiring Event* Production Associate

About the Role

We're hosting a hiring event for Yarn Dyers at our Grand Prairie manufacturing facility! We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented people who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing consistent, high-quality yarn.

Responsibilities

• Follow established dye kitchen and yarn production processes and procedures
• Complete dyeing and production tasks accurately, consistently, and at the expected pace
• Monitor work for quality and consistency throughout the production process
• Follow safety, quality, and operational guidelines
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and ready for production
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production needs
• Support Saturday production as needed

Requirements

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and repeat processes consistently
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Ability to maintain production expectations while working at a steady pace
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Comfort working in a hands-on manufacturing and production environment
• Flexibility to work Saturdays when needed
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus

Pay

Target hourly salary: $19.00-$21.00

Schedule

On-site. Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM; Saturdays as needed

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Physical requirements: Standing for hours at a time and working over stoves. The environment can be warm due to the heat of the kitchen.
