Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder - 2nd Shift

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division, focusing on folding customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded product, and preparing bundles for delivery. This role maintains work area cleanliness and operates under a performance-based incentive pay structure.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer product (garments, linen, or bulk items) manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded product accurately.
• Prepare bundles of clean, folded product for customer delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Meet or exceed established production standards to earn additional compensation incentives.
• Adhere to attendance policies and work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Perform repetitive motions, including stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• Push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to folding stations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Commitment to safety rules and guidelines.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance, based on meeting or exceeding production standards.
